Oncology Data Management Agreement
Wayne, PA, February 23, 2009 – Precyse Solutions, a leading
provider of clinical documentation software, workflow tools and consulting
services, has signed a five-year Oncology Data Management contract with
SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL. The agreement between Precyse and
SwedishAmerican includes the complete outsourcing of the abstracting and
management of the hospital’s Cancer Registry.

Transcription Agreement
Wayne, PA, January 21, 2009 – Precyse Solutions, a leading
provider of clinical documentation software, workflow tools and consulting
services, has signed a five-year HIM Outsourcing agreement with Ingalls Memorial
Hospital, located in suburban Chicago, IL. Valued at nearly $4 million, the
contract between Precyse and Ingalls includes technologies and services to
support the hospital’s medical transcription functions.
